Week 10 - Crawling & Pulling Up

Matthew has learned to pull up on things and crawl in the past few days. He's BUSY, and quick!  He has been repeating dada quite a bit lately. He also laughs and waits for you to mimic him, which causes more laughter. He melts my heart.

OH, and tooth #7 is finally poking through, after many slobbery days of waiting!

Week 8 and 9

I've got an almost standing, crawling little man. He's trying SO hard. We had Matthew's 9 month appointment this past week, and he's almost 17 lbs and 27 inches long. Still a peanut.

Week 7 - And he's UP!

Matthew tried chicken for the first time this week. He's in 12 month clothes now, he must have had a growth spurt recently. Boy seems LONG!

AND.. he's pulling up and standing! He's had a busy, busy week!

Week 5 & 6 - Mama and Dada

So the little guy decided to start babbling a lot more these past few days. He's been repeating both mama and dada, which is so stinkin' cute. Matthew has also decided to stop sleeping. He's having too much fun babbling, apparently.

He tried zucchini and ice cream this week. Both were a hit, I can't say that I'm surprised.

Week 4 - Pictures

So, I fibbed yesterday. I do have a couple of pictures of my teething babe from the past week!

Week 4 - What a week!

My goodness, we had a rough week this week. Matthew got tooth # 6 in this week, and thought biting was fun. This equalled some tears on both of our accounts. Thankfully, he's gotten happier now that it's come through.

He tried strawberries, apricots and cheddar cheese for the first time this week. He seems to love strawberries. He wasn't so sure about the cheese, the texture took him by surprise!

Sorry there aren't any pictures this week, like I said earlier, it was a rough one. I'm hoping next week to have a pinterest project to add to my post.

Week 3 - Mr. Teeth

Last week I said Matthew was getting his 3rd tooth. I lied, he's getting his 3rd, 4th, and 5th teeth all at the same time. This has not been fun. He was already a crap sleeper, the teeth have made it even worse. He's been up every 2 1/2 hours at night, and likes to use me as a chew toy. Ow. He is still working on saying mama, he seems to only want to say it when he's upset. That's all the excitement for this week!

Week 2

Matthew has had a big week with milestones! His 3rd tooth started to poke through,which has resulted in a non-sleeping, cranky babe. He rolled from back to belly for the 1st time, and he is sooo close to saying mama. He also tried potatoes for the first time this week, he wasn't too thrilled.
